Join our flock!
Information for prospective students:
The lab is growing with current opportunities for undergraduate, Master’s, and Doctoral students. We do not currently have funding for a post-doc, but excited to discuss external fellowship opportunities (e.g. NSF PRFB program).
Students with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, research interests, and career aspirations are all welcome. Please take a look at some of the highlighted research activities and publications on this site to see if lab activities intersect with your own research interests and career goals.
If you are interested to find out more, please reach out via e-mail with a current cv, a description of some of your research ideas and interests, and why you think UAF and the BEEC lab would be a good fit. I am also interested in how working on a graduate degree in the lab will further your career and how we can work together to ensure you get essential skills and experiences for the next step in your journey as a scientist.
